Melinda Prickett
Vice President of Statewide Developmental Disability Services
Melinda Prickett joined DSACO in March 2023 as Vice President of Statewide Developmental Disability Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Purdue University and is currently working on her Master’s of Business Administration. Melinda’s professional history was spent in youth development and girl empowerment where she led operational team members that focus on girl and volunteer membership, volunteer management, program development and execution, community partnerships, marketing and communication, customer care, business services and retail. She has experience working with teams and team members on process improvement, data analysis, goal achievement, problem-solving, strategic planning, culture, contributions, budget, contract negotiating, program and product portfolio design and implementation, product development and sourcing.
Melinda volunteers for Girl Scouts and is a co-founder and board member of a non-profit, Local Outreach Volunteers, that fulfills immediate needs for people experiencing homelessness and victims of sex trafficking. She resides in Delaware, OH with her husband (Mr. Prickett), daughter (Kenzie). In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
