When we embrace every challenge along the way together, we can do incredible things.

The people in the Down syndrome community are our diverse family, and we want to help them shine by providing a full spectrum of services and resources to meet their evolving needs. Our lives overlap, and our journeys will be enriched by helping each other.

Donors

We need your help! DSACO depends on donations and fundraisers to do everything we do. It is only through the generosity of many individuals, corporations, and grants that DSACO is able to provide a full spectrum of opportunities — quality programs, valuable services, and robust resources — for people with Down syndrome and their families.

Volunteers

The DSACO community is strengthened by the wonderful volunteers that offer their time, expertise, and energy to create a lifetime of opportunities for people with Down syndrome and their families. Volunteers add so much to our efforts and are instrumental to fulfilling our mission.

Educators

Students with disabilities need educators equipped with extra tools and knowledge to help them along the way to success. DSACO offers teachers guidance and resources to set their pupils on the right path.

Medical Professionals

In order to keep medical professionals informed of the most current, factual information on Down syndrome, DSACO runs the medical outreach program DS Medical Edge and provides online resources for physicians.

Employers

While DSACO does not provide direct employment support services, we want to do everything we can to help adults with Down syndrome discover a lifetime of opportunities — including landing their dream job! We live this vision by having people with Down syndrome as paid staff members, but we want to help answer employers’ questions and support you and your business in any way we can so that you will join us in this effort.
