Carey Eash

Vice-President

Carey Eash is a strategic nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in social services, education, and disability advocacy. Carey brings a deep and personal commitment to advancing equity, inclusion, and lifelong support for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Her career spans both public and nonprofit sectors, including prior roles in special education, trauma-informed counseling, child welfare, and community resource mobilization. Carey is known for fostering cross-sector partnerships, driving program innovation, and building strong, values-driven teams that deliver meaningful impact.  She holds a Master of Social Work from UCLA, a Master of Special Education from Azusa Pacific University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

Carey and her husband, Ben, reside in Westerville with their five children: Madi, Luke, Levi, and twins Olivia (DS) and Judah.
