Jim Baich
MAD Capital
Jim Baich joined the DSACO Governing Board and Finance Committee in 2019. He and his wife Kim are proud parents of Dawson, their 18-year-old son born with Down syndrome. Their family were founding members of the first Buddy Walk in Central Ohio.
Jim is owner of MAD Capital, a company that invests in private real estate and operating businesses. Prior to MAD, Jim was Chief Operating Officer at both IGS and Advanced Drainage Systems. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Tri-W Group and on the Central Ohio US Bank Board of Advisors.
Jim is passionate about helping DSACO continue to broaden their strategic relationships within the community which will ultimately allow the organization to continue to expand their services to the Down syndrome community.
Jim and Kim reside in Dublin with their children Anna, Mason and Dawson.
