In collaboration with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) and The Ohio State University College of Medicine’s Community Health Education Program, DSACO is delighted to present the 321go! program. This initiative, made possible through our partnership, aims to promote healthy lifestyle choices encompassing physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness in a dynamic and interactive manner.
This 8-week healthy lifestyle class series will be led by 7 first-year Ohio State University medical school students, DSACO staff, and possibly by a peer mentor or two. This series is for adults with Down syndrome who have not yet taken a DSACO 321go! class series.
Previous 321go! participants who would like to volunteer as peer mentors to support their peers during these classes can email Boo Krucky ekrucky@dsaco.net before 7/26.
321go! is filled. Thank you!
