For You & Your 321go! Partner
The National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) created the 321go! program to encourage healthy lifestyle choices in physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness among individuals with Down syndrome and their families. DSACO is excited to bring this program to life again through this eight-week healthy lifestyle class series, supported by eight dedicated OSU Medical School students.
Based on valuable feedback from past DSACO 321go! participants and facilitators, we’re expanding the program to enhance the experience! Each adult with Down syndrome will now be able to bring a 321go! partner—a family member or friend who will fully participate alongside them (both participants must be at least 18 years old). By having a consistent partner engaged in the same learning, activities, and tracking, we hope to build habits that extend well beyond the eight weeks.
This class series is open to up to 10 adults with Down syndrome, each accompanied by their 321go! partner—someone who commits to attending every session and actively taking part in the program. Whether you’re new to DSACO’s 321go! series or have participated before, we welcome you to join us on this journey to better health, together!
Registration opens Monday, April 21, and closes Friday, May 23, or when the 10 spots are filled.
