Kai Craig

Kai Craig is originally from Newark, Ohio and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. She is a Human Resources Professional with more than 25 years of experience and currently works for JPMorgan Chase. Some of her responsibilities include Employee Relations, Policy interpretation, Workforce Development and Reporting & Analytics.
Kai joined DSACO about 18 years ago when she moved back to the Columbus area with her daughters Erica and Halle. Erica, who has Down syndrome, is now 26 years old and the family lives in Lewis Center. Over the years they have participated in the Columbus Buddy Walk, Holiday Party, Summer Picnic, Walking Club, Adult Conference and various educational seminars. Erica has “grown up” with DSACO and now enjoys being involved in programs for self-advocates.
In addition to DSACO, Kai enjoys attending Special Olympics events, her daughter Halle’s music performances as a Jazz Studies major at Otterbein University, and cheering on the OSU Buckeyes.
