DSACO offers several support groups to provide support and information to families and children with Down syndrome. Our goal is to increase awareness and improve the quality of life for those living with Down syndrome. 

NEW PARENTS SUPPORT GROUP: meets the 4th Monday of each month, from 7:00pm-9:00pm, at the Worthington United Methodist Church, located at 600 High St., in Worthington, OH.  Childcare is available at no cost for siblings and children with Down syndrome who are mobile.  All are welcome.  Contact DSACO at (614) 263-6020, or email at info@dsaco.net.
 

DELAWARE COUNTY PLAYGROUP:  meets the 1st Wednesday of each month, from 6:30pm - 8:00pm,  at the Dunlap Center located at 439 Dunlap St., Delaware, OH.  Contact Bethany Mirka, at (740) 666-2222, or email tbmirka@hotmail.com.

LICKING COUNTY PLAYGROUP: meets the 1st Friday of each month, at the Ann Davino Early Intervention Center, 12201 Morse Rd (in the former Jersey Elementary School), in Pataskala, OH; open to parents and children with Down syndrome, ages 1yrs-6yrs. LICKING COUNTY SUPPORT GROUP: meets the first Friday of each month at the E.S. Weiant Center, 116 N. 22nd St., Newark. Social/snack time is from 6:30 to 7 p.m. and the speaker begins at 7 p.m. The meeting ends at 9 p.m. Childcare is available to those who RSVP in advance by calling Wanda Krupp at (740) 344-6921, or wkrupp3@hotmail.com.
