Any information we retain is used for internal communications only. Our privacy policy has been in place since we began operating back in 1984. If at any time we change our policy to collect or use additional data from our members and/or customers, permission to do so will be required.

When a member or donor utilizes the website to register for an event or donates to the organization, we may request some or all of the following information:

  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

How We Use This Information

We use the information you submit to our site as follows:

  • We will request your email address so a receipt can be generated for your records.
  • We notify you via your email address and/or phone number if we need to contact you directly with technical support.
  • We notify you via your email address and/or phone number should any contact or order details be compromised through a web site attack on our server.

We do not use any of your contact details for any sales or promotional purposes.

Cancelling Accounts

Upon your written request, we will permanently remove any account details we have on file.

Outside Links

Our site contains links to websites we feel provide helpful services or resources for our members and donors. While we will take seriously any complaints about links we list, we have no control over the information presented in these sites. Once you have left our web site to visit another web site, our privacy policy no longer applies to that site.
